To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piton Ventures LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to MyBudgetGuide — regardless of the form of action — is limited to zero dollars ($0.00), reflecting the fact that you paid nothing to use this service.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of MyBudgetGuide will be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
